Event Cancellation or Suspension

If an event is cancelled or does not conclude within the scheduled time:

• The bet stake is generally refunded.
• For accumulator (parlay) bets, if one event is voided, the remaining selections may still stand.
• In specific circumstances, jet 9's decision is final.

Odds Changes

If the odds change before a bet is confirmed, jet 9 will determine whether to accept the bet at the new odds. The user will have the option to accept the updated odds or cancel the bet.

• Each bonus offer carries its own specific terms, which are stated alongside the offer.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once — attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times may result in account termination.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the bonus period expires.

Welcome Bonus

• Participating in match fixing or any form of sports corruption.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on someone else's behalf.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Misconduct or threats directed at jet 9 staff.
• Registering an account with false information or fraudulent verification.

If any prohibited activity is detected, jet 9 reserves the right to immediately close the account, confiscate the balance, and take legal action where necessary.

Closed by jet 9

Jet 9 may close or suspend an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Involvement in prohibited activities.
• If KYC verification fails or fraudulent documents are submitted.
• If unusual activity is detected on the account.
• If the user is found to be under 18 years of age.

Closed by User

You can close your account at any time. Before doing so, all pending bets must be settled and your balance must be withdrawn.

jet 9 is not liable for the following:

• Bet cancellations or failed transactions resulting from loss of internet connection.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• If a user's account credentials are compromised due to their own failure to maintain adequate security.
• Temporary service disruptions caused by unforeseen technical issues.
